In 2001/02 the town house 'fra terra e cielo' was restored by the architects and artists Wolfgang Strauss & Monika Fleischmann. The house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Located a few meters from the lake promenade, the house has 5 floors, each with about 20 square meters of living space, with kitchen with large dining table, fireplace room with balcony, studio with 2 single beds and 2 living/bedrooms with double beds - 2 with shower, 3 WC and central heating. Parts of the house are over 400 years old (17th century). The house is situated in the center of Gargnano. It is just a few steps from the small port with the fishmonger, the lake promenade and the small beach - Spiaggia Castello. The big beach - Parco Fontanella is a 5 minutes walk away, the beach of the Lido in Villa is about 10 minutes away. From the balcony you can see the arrival and departure of the passenger ferries - to Riva, Limone, Gardone, Saló, Desenzano. The highlight of 2016 was Christo's installation of the FLOATING PIERS in Sulzano on the nearby Lake Iseo.
